How could your trip to Rome look?
It’s important to remember that all our itineraries are tailor-made. There’s no fixed itinerary, every trip is different. That said, we know it’s helpful to see how your time away could look, so here’s a sample itinerary to get the ideas flowing
Day 1
Departure day! You’ll travel by plane and have the evening to check in, as well as time to enjoy some free time to explore the local area.
Day 2
Start your day by visiting the Colosseum, Palatine Hill, and the Roman Forum, where you can immerse yourself in the rich history of ancient Rome! Spend a relaxing afternoon exploring some of Rome’s most iconic monuments, the Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps. End the day with a fun-filled activity night.
Day 3
Enjoy a morning of soft rafting adventure on the Aniene River in Subiaco. In the afternoon, take a self-guided walk around the Medieval town of Subiaco, immersing yourself in the stunning nature of the Simbruini Mounts Regional Park! You can also visit the picturesque Saint Benedict Pond and Waterfall or explore the Benedictine Monastery built into the rock, home to the sacred St Benedict Sacred Cave. Then head back to the hotel for an evening of relaxation and entertainment.
Day 4
Spend a full day at Cinecittà World! Italy’s first amusement park dedicated to cinema! This park offers the full cinematic experience, with live shows, 7 themed areas, and 40 attractions, all inspired by the world of film and television. Travel through time and adventure as you explore the themed areas, from antient Rome to the wild west and the 1920s to the futuristic Spaceland! Feel the thrill and adrenaline on rides and rollercoasters and even experience a flying theatre!
Day 5
Spend your morning exploring the world’s smallest country, the Vatican City, where you can marvel at the grandeur of St. Peter’s Basilica! Then, spend a relaxing afternoon in Villa Borghese, where you can wander round the beautiful gardens, full of sculptures and monuments, fountains and open-air museums, where you can admire the Italian culture and artistic talent. In the evening, put your game face on and enjoy a night of bowling!
Day 6
Then it’s time to transfer back to the airport for your flight home!
