We provide experiences, not package holidays. We craft tailor-made trips to once-in-a-lifetime destinations for Scouts, Guides and the Trefoil Guild. Passion drives us and is the reason our team have been building connections and listening to our clients to create memorable trips for over 50 years!
We’ve come to understand that when planning a tour our clients need one point of contact, someone that understands their needs, can answer any questions, help them keep on top of admin, and ultimately provide a first-class service. But we don’t expect you to do this alone, that’s why the Venture Abroad Team consists of Tour Consultants, Tour Coordinators, operations, and logistics amongst other admin roles that form a production line to create the perfect trip.

Hybrid work
Hybrid? Flexible? Whatever the term may be, Venture Abroad has adopted a way of working that works for you. Depending on the team you join, or the role you take on we will do our best to accommodate a work/life balance that works for you. Most of our team spend a couple days at home and a few in the office.
Casual wear
Ditch the ties and jackets, bring the jeans and jumpers. We are not primarily customer facing at Venture Abroad, so we want everyone to feel comfortable in their favourite hoody or T-shirt whilst working. There may be an occasion to don your glad rags, but that will be the exception, not the rule. Promise.
Travel with us
For most trips, we have team members accompany our groups to get hands-on experience and valuable insight into the destinations, accommodation, and excursions. What could this mean for you? You could be trekking across the emerald isle of the Azores or gazing up at the northern lights in Iceland.
