How could your winter trip to Norway look?
All of our trips are tailor-made, but we know it’s helpful to see how your time away could look, so here’s a sample itinerary to get the ideas flowing.
Day 1
Fly to Kristiansand Airport in Norway where you’ll set off on your hour transfer away from the city into the heart of the Norwegian countryside. Settle into your accommodation, explore the site and enjoy an evening meal.
Day 2
Wrap up warm and head out into the snow for a full day of snowshoeing. Head back to TrollAktiv for an evening meal and enjoy some time recharging.
Day 3
Get back out on the snow for a full day of cross-country skiing.
Day 4
Spend a full day learning survival skills and try your hand at winter shelter building, then enjoy an evening meal and time at leisure.
Day 5
Put your lessons from earlier in the week into practice with a full day of cross-country skiing, then enjoy your final evening at TrollAktiv.
Day 6
All good things must come to an end, and sadly this is your final morning at TrollAktiv before heading back to Kristiansand Airport to fly home.

You’ll be provided 2 pillows, a duvet, sheets, and linen. Towels can be added should you wish.
We recommend that you pack lots of layers, including base layers, mid-layers, and a winter parka. Don’t forget gloves, socks, a scarf, and a woolly hat to keep yourself extra warm! For more details, read our winter packing list blog.
