Small Group Activity Trips
We believe that no one should miss out on the opportunity for international travel with their group, so that’s exactly why we’ve created our small group activity trip packages – perfect for groups of between 10 and 25 people.
So, how does it work?
Every year, we run a series of summer set departures to some amazing European destinations, which allow small groups to share a coach to make it more cost effective. Once you’re there, your itinerary is completely tailor-made! And to make it even easier, tents, catering equipment and a Venture Abroad representative are all included and waiting for you on your arrival too!

Choose from a camping adventure in The Netherlands, a Swiss chalet experience in Adelboden or a week at the popular Kandersteg International Scout Centre, KISC.
Buitenzorg, The Netherlands
Our Venture Abroad rep will be waiting to help your group settle into the campsite, where tents, catering tents and equipment is all provided. From there, you can enjoy your own itinerary of activities and excursions, ranging from cycling and high ropes, to canoeing and archery, and use the excellent public transport to explore the local towns and cities, including the capital, Amsterdam.

Adelboden, Switzerland
Settle into your own group chalet before heading out to explore the picturesque village of Adelboden and get stuck into the array of activities on offer in the surrounding area. Our Venture Abroad representatives are on-hand to ensure you have an incredible time visiting the highest point in Europe at Jungfraujoch, enjoying the nearby adventure park and, of course, visiting the WAGGGS World Centre, Our Chalet

KISC, Switzerland
If you’re looking to get your Scout group out to experience the magic of a week at KISC then our top tip is book ahead. Our summer set departures are great for groups who want to coach share but they will book up at least 18-24 months in advance. Why? Because it’s KISC. Scout camaraderie at it’s best, a true international vibe and activities and excursions on tap day or night!
