When travelling to the Dolomites and Lake Garda during the summer months, we suggest packing a range of light base layers, mid layers and outer layers to ensure that you’re covered for all activities, weather conditions and temperature changes. Essentials include light t-shirts, fleeces, a waterproof or windbreaker jacket, along with the shorts and longer trousers.

It’s important to bring comfortable, well-worn hiking boots or trail running shoes, that have good grip and appropriate support for rocky, uneven terrain. The socks you pack also play a part in your overall comfort on the trip, so we recommend packing breathable, moisture-wicking hiking socks that help prevent blisters and keep your feet warm and dry throughout the long days of adventure.
